While I do my absolute best to turn the wild ride of menopause into something we can laugh at (because let’s face it — if we didn’t laugh, we’d cry and sweat and rage… all at the same time), I know firsthand that these symptoms are very real. They’re uncomfortable, disruptive, and can make us feel like strangers in our own bodies.
As women, we’ve weathered periods, cramps, childbirth, raging hormones, and a million expectations. And now? Hot flashes, mood swings, brain fog, raging hormones (there’s that, again) and everything in between. It’s a journey I wouldn’t trade for anything — but it could’ve come with a user manual and a little less of all the stuff above, right?
